Why Perfect Morning Routines Are BS
You don't need to wake up at 4 AM to be successful. You just need to wake up.

"Helping people make real changes without the BS."
Erica Horn lives in Corpus Christi, Texas with two cats who judge her life choices. Born in 1978, she's been coaching people through messy life changes for twelve years, mostly because she's really good at making mistakes and slightly better at learning from them.
She's quit jobs, moved cities, started over more times than she can count. She's also stayed too long in things that weren't working, ignored good advice, and eaten entire pizzas alone while crying.
When she's not writing or coaching, she's probably drinking too much coffee, killing her houseplants despite her best efforts, or staring at her ceiling at 3 AM wondering if she remembered to respond to that email.
Why I wrote the book:
It started on a Wednesday night at 11:47 PM. I was on my couch in two-day-old sweatpants, scrolling Instagram, watching a girl make a smoothie at 6 AM. She looked radiant. I looked like I'd been hit by a truck carrying sadness. I wanted to change so badly it hurt. But every time I tried, I lasted about three days before crashing back to the couch.
So I started writing things down. Not goals or vision boards. Just honest stuff. This workbook came from those nights.
You're not broken. You're human.
Most self-help books promise to transform your life in 30 days. This workbook admits that change is messy, slow, and happens in between the couch and Tuesday morning.
It's 80 pages of honest exercises for people who've tried to change before and ended up right back where they started. No Instagram quotes. No life-changing promises. Just real tools for the messy middle of actually changing your life.
I don't believe in life hacks or perfect morning routines. I believe in showing up imperfectly and trying again tomorrow.
A 12-week partnership to help you get unstuck. We'll look at the real barriers (money, time, fear) and make a plan that actually fits your real life.

8-week programs for small groups who want to change together. It's like a book club, but instead of reading, we get our sh*t together.

I talk about failure, resilience, and why "positive vibes only" is toxic advice. Available for conferences and corporate events.

"Finally, someone who admits that change is hard and weird and doesn't happen in straight lines. I've filled out three pages and already feel less crazy."
"I bought this expecting another 'manifest your dreams' thing. Instead I got permission to be human. It's exactly what I needed."
"The 'Vent Here' pages alone were worth the price. Sometimes you just need to complain before you can move forward."
You don't need to wake up at 4 AM to be successful. You just need to wake up.
